We provide Chicago home inspections and home inspections in all of the Suburbs in Cook, DuPage, Will, Kane, Lake, McHenry, DeKalb and Winnebago Counties. We set very high standards for our home inspectors so that you can be assured of getting a professional inspection and report from CPI. All of our inspectors have a minimum of five years full time experience inspecting properties and work exclusively for us. They are Illinois State Licensed and participate in ongoing state approved training each year. Each inspector maintains a membership in ASHI American Society of Home Inspectors, NAHI National Association of Home Inspectors and/or NACHI National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. We fully adhere to the home inspection standards and code of ethics of all three of these associations.

Since 1987 our clients have included thousands of Home Buyers, Home Sellers, Relocation Companies and Mortgage Lenders. The types of buildings we inspect are Houses, Townhouses, Duplexes, Lofts, Condominiums, Luxury Properties, Apartment Buildings and other Commercial Properties.

We perform and report our our findings in an objective way that will provides accurate information reported responsibly. We pride ourselves in providing relevant information to assist in your property purchasing decision.
